Ana Coelho
Director
Ana Coelho, born and raised in southern Brazil, came to the Savannah College of Art and Design to make films that get down to the connective tissue that binds us to each other and the world around us. She is particularly drawn to women’s stories. In her eyes, the power of cinema lies in its union of every other form of art: an alchemical process that results in more than the sum of its parts. When she is not on set, Ana can be found sketching, writing, photographing, or reading.
